1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bludres Studio website (bludres.com) and the services offered by Bludres Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Bludres Studio offers digital services including website development, branding and visual identity, SEO optimization, social media visuals, and digital advertising management. Services are delivered by a coordinated team of contributors operating under the Gen0S7 collective. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate Proposal and Client Agreement signed before work begins.

3. Engagement Process

You submit a Client Project Brief describing your needs. We prepare a Proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. You approve and sign the Proposal and Client Agreement. Payment is made in full before work begins. Work is delivered according to the agreed timeline. No work begins until the Client Agreement is signed and payment is received.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full (100%) before any work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices listed on our Site are indicative ranges. Final pricing is confirmed in the Proposal.

5. Refund Policy

If we fail to deliver the agreed deliverables within the agreed timeline (excluding client-caused delays), or if the delivered work does not meet the quality standards described in the Proposal, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 10 days of the agreed delivery date. Client-caused delays suspend the project timeline and do not qualify for refunds.

6. Client Responsibilities

Provide all requested content, assets, and information within the agreed timeline. Respond to review requests and feedback rounds promptly. Designate a single point of contact for approvals and communication. Time lost due to client-side delays does not count against the agreed delivery timeline.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full usage rights over the final deliverables created for your project. You may use, modify, and distribute them for your business purposes. Bludres Studio retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Internal tools, templates, and reusable components remain the property of Bludres Studio.

8. Guarantee Period

After a website is published, a 10-day guarantee period begins. Any technical issue (bugs, broken features, display errors) is fixed at no additional cost. The 10-day period resets with each fix. This guarantee covers technical issues only. New features, design changes, or additional content are quoted separately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bludres Studio's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the project. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost data, or third-party claims arising from the use of our deliverables.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 7 days written notice. You pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We deliver all completed work. If no work has begun, a full refund is issued.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

12. Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
